Description
With the semi-automatic capsule filler K100-R Premium you can fill herbs, natural substances or vitamins accurately into capsules yourself. Due to the new round shape of the device, about 20% more capsules can be filled in the same time than with the previous model. In addition, the loss of the filling material is also reduced by 20%.
The pre-sorter helps you to place the capsules in the right position to drop them into the matching holes in the main plate.
You can then use a spatula to spread the filler into the capsule bases. You can process 100 capsules at a time in one operation. Afterwards, the capsule tops and the capsule bottoms can be joined and resealed in a few simple steps. With the combined use of the presorter and the semi-automatic filler, you can fill 500 to 600 capsules in one hour.

Special features

• The device is made of high-quality, impact-resistant acrylic cast resin and is particularly well suited for continuous use due to its first-class workmanship.
• Due to its weight, it is not only very solid overall, but also does not slip so quickly during filling with capsules. Four small rubber feet provide additional support.
• The presorter is precisely adapted for the selected capsule size in each case, so that very little filler is lost during filling.
• All metal elements of the capsule filler are made of high-quality food-safe stainless steel and are particularly suitable for hygienic processing of the fillers.
• The tamper has pins that each fit exactly to the selected capsule size. This enables precise work and accurate filling.
• A powder frame prevents the filling material from falling out during filling.

Even more output with separate capsules
Provided you use our separated capsules (Gelatine-FIX capsules or Vegi-FIX capsules), manual separation of the top and bottom parts is no longer necessary, as the capsules are already supplied separately. This saves you additional time, so that up to 750 capsules can be processed in one hour. Separated capsules are available in our online shop in the sizes 1, 0, 00 and 000.

Notes
The capsule filler offered here is not suitable for filling with medicines because the required accuracy of the filling quantity cannot be achieved consistently. The capsule filler K100-R Premium is only suitable for capsules of the indicated size. For other capsule sizes, you need a different device. The device is available in sizes 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, 00 and 000.
ATTENTION: The capsule filler K100-R Premium is not dishwasher safe and may only be cleaned by hand and with lukewarm water.
