With this set, you can fill 24 capsules with oil and seal them in one
operation. With the sealing solution you can process - depending on the
capsule size - 500 to 1000 capsules of the size you have chosen.
The
solution is pure food-grade cocoa butter, which is liquefied by heating
to 30 - 33 degrees. After you have filled the capsules with oil using
the pipette, the tops and bottoms are joined together and coated with
the liquid sealing solution from the outside.
After a while, the
cocoa butter cools and dries and a semi-transparent coating forms over
the capsules. This prevents oil from leaking out of the filled capsules.

The
capsule filler included in the set can, of course, also be used for
filling with powders, granules, etc. If oil is used beforehand, the
device should be cleaned well beforehand, preferably in the dishwasher.
