Description
With the K100 Premium semi-automatic capsule filling machine, you can fill capsules yourself with herbs, natural substances, or vitamins quickly and precisely. The pre-sorter helps you position the capsules correctly so they fall into the appropriate holes of the main plate.
Using a spatula, you can then spread the filling material into the capsule bases. Up to 100 capsules can be processed in one operation. The capsule tops and bottoms can then be easily joined and resealed. By combining the pre-sorter and the semi-automatic filling machine, you can fill approximately 500 capsules per hour. Even more output with separate capsules
If you use our separate capsules (Gelatin-FIX capsules or Veggie-FIX capsules), manual separation of the top and bottom parts is no longer necessary, as the capsules are already supplied pre-separated. This saves you additional time, allowing you to process approximately 650 capsules per hour. Separate capsules are available in sizes 1, 0, and 00 in our online shop.
Notes
The capsule filling machine offered here is not suitable for filling capsules with medication because the required accuracy of the fill quantity cannot be consistently achieved. The K100 Premium capsule filler is only suitable for capsules of the specified size. A different machine is required for other capsule sizes. The machine is available in sizes 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, 00, and 000.
ATTENTION: The K100 capsule filling machine is not dishwasher safe and must only be cleaned by hand with lukewarm water.
