Application and compatibility
CLEANING: To ensure the longevity of your device, please clean it by hand only. It is not dishwasher safe.FILLING: Do not fill the capsules with (aqueous) liquids, as the capsules may dissolve before ingestion.
COMPATIBILITY: The K100 Standard is precisely designed for the selected capsule size. If using other capsule sizes, you will need a capsule filling machine for that different size.
STORAGE: Store the vegan empty capsules at 15–25 °C if possible and keep them away from sunlight and moisture.

Answer: The capsule size should be chosen according to the desired dosage. You can find the correct capsule for your desired dosage in the bottom right corner of our homepage by clicking on 'Product Information' under 'Information'.
For particularly light or heavy substances, the stated dosage per capsule may differ from the values given. Please also bear in mind that capsules of size 00 or 000, due to their size, cannot be easily swallowed by everyone, especially children. In this case, you should perhaps use several capsules of a smaller size instead of one capsule of size 00 or 000.
Do you also offer enteric-coated capsules?
Do you also offer enteric-coated capsules?
Answer: Our gelatin, vegetarian and pullulan capsules are not enteric-coated.
Only our delayed-release vegetarian capsules have a delayed absorption effect and are protected from stomach acid. The release of the ingredients in the body therefore typically only occurs later, after they have reached the intestines.
Is it possible to order capsules in colors other than those offered?

Answer: We can have gelatin and vegetarian capsules produced in your desired color by the manufacturer for orders of 500,000 units or more. The delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Are the capsules also suitable for filling with liquids?
Answer: Our capsules are not intended for filling with aqueous liquids. However, some of our customers have successfully filled capsules with oily substances. We recommend that you test whether our capsules are suitable for your purposes before placing an order. We would be happy to send you sample capsules for this purpose. Please let us know the desired type and size, as well as your address to which we should send the samples.
How can you fill a capsule with the smallest possible amount of a desired filler?
How can you fill a capsule with the smallest possible amount of a desired filler?
Answer: You can increase the desired amount of active ingredient (e.g., 30 mg per capsule) by adding another neutral filler such as flour or sugar, for example, up to a factor of 10, by adding 270 mg of filler per capsule. Each capsule will then contain 300 mg.
The fill quantity must first be calculated to a number of 50 capsules (100 capsules for the K100):
300 mg x 50 capsules = 15,000 mg = 150 grams (300 grams for K100). This is evenly filled into the capsule filler and divided into 50 capsules (100 capsules for K100). Each capsule then contains approximately 300 mg, of which 10% = 30 mg is the desired active ingredient.
