VIBRA vibration table - complement to capsule filling machines
The VIBRA-200 vibration table is a first-class manufactured device, for which the manufacturer offers a two-year functional guarantee.
The vibration/shaking table is suitable for the Fastlock capsule filling machines 100, 120 and 200. It allows you to achieve excellent consistency in the filling volume of your capsules.
In principle, capsules can be filled without using a tamper. Simply switch on the device's rotary knob and the capsules will fill themselves almost automatically.
Instructions for use
Always work on a stable, level surface and at a height where you can comfortably work while standing. Ensure sufficient space around the device you are using. Since filling is done manually, the result may vary depending on the user. Factors such as fill weight, capsule size, and vibration intensity can also affect the result.
