With this high-quality complete set, consisting of a capsule filling machine and automatic pre-sorter, you can professionally and conveniently fill approximately 1000 capsules per hour with herbs, dietary supplements, or vitamins. It can process 100 capsules at a time.

The Fastlock 100, apart from the anodized aluminum cover plate and a bronze bushing, is made entirely of stainless steel. It is food-safe, operates with three stainless steel plates, and requires no adjustments or maintenance.

Using the included semi-automatic pre-sorting device, you can position 100 capsules correctly in two quick steps, ready to drop them into the capsule filling machine. This saves considerable time, as the cumbersome manual opening and pre-sorting of the capsules is eliminated.

The Fastlock 100 can open or close the tops and bottoms of 100 capsules simultaneously. Filling takes place in a powder frame. The filling material is spread into the opened capsules with a spatula and compacted with a tamper. The capsules are then resealed in a single operation.

The capsule filling machine and pre-sorter are each suitable for capsules of only one size. The machine is available in sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
