With this high-quality complete set, consisting of a capsule filling machine and automatic pre-sorter, you can professionally and conveniently fill approximately 4,000 capsules per hour with herbs, natural substances, dietary supplements, or vitamins. It can process 400 capsules simultaneously. Except for the anodized aluminum cover plate and a bronze bushing, the Fastlock 400 is made entirely of stainless steel. It is food-safe, operates with three stainless steel plates, and requires no adjustments or maintenance.

The machine can open and close 400 capsules simultaneously. Filling takes place in a powder frame. The filling material is spread into the opened capsules with a spatula and compacted with a tamper. The capsules are then resealed in a single step.

Using the included automatic pre-sorter, you can position 400 capsules correctly in two quick steps, ready to drop them into the capsule filling machine. This saves considerable time, as the cumbersome manual pre-sorting is eliminated. Both the capsule filling machine and the pre-sorter are suitable for capsules of a single size.
