Kapselfüllgerät für Profis: Komplettsatz Fastlock 400 mit halbautomatischem Vorsortierer
Dieses Gerät ist für den professionellen Einsatz in Apotheken, Laboren oder der gewerblichen Herstellung von Nahrungsergänzungsmittel geeignet. Es handelt sich um eine erstklassig verarbeitete Vollmetall-Kapselfüllmaschine mit Vorsortierer, auf welche der Hersteller eine zweijährige Funktionsgarantie gibt.
Mit diesem hochwertigen Komplettsatz, bestehend aus Kapselfüllgerät und automatischem Vorsortierer können Sie etwa 4000 Kapseln in einer Stunde mit Kräutern, Naturstoffen, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln oder Vitaminen professionell und komfortabel befüllen. Es können 400 Kapseln gleichzeitig verarbeitet werden. Der Fastlock 400 besteht, bis auf die anodisierte Aluminium Abdeckplatte und eine bronzene Buchse, komplett aus Edelstahl. Er ist Lebensmittel geeignet, arbeitet mit 3 Edelstahlplatten und bedarf keinerlei Einstellungsarbeiten oder Wartung.
Das Gerät kann 400 Kapseln gleichzeitig öffnen und schließen. Die Befüllung erfolgt in einem Pulverrahmen. Das Füllgut wird mit einem Spachtel in die geöffneten Kapseln gestrichen und mit dem Stampfer verdichtet. Anschließend werden die Kapseln in einem einzigen Arbeitsschritt wieder verschlossen.
Mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten automatischen Vorsortiergeräts können Sie 400 Kapseln in zwei kurzen Arbeitsschritten in die richtige Position bringen, um sie in das Kapselfüllgerät hineinfallen zu lassen. Dies bedeutet einen erheblichen Zeitgewinn, da das umständliche manuelle Vorsortieren entfällt. Kapselfüllgerät und Vorsortierer sind jeweils nur für Kapseln einer Größe geeignet.

Answer: The capsule size should be chosen according to the desired dosage. You can find the correct capsule for your desired dosage in the bottom right corner of our homepage by clicking on 'Product Information' under 'Information'.
For particularly light or heavy substances, the stated dosage per capsule may differ from the values given. Please also bear in mind that capsules of size 00 or 000, due to their size, cannot be easily swallowed by everyone, especially children. In this case, you should perhaps use several capsules of a smaller size instead of one capsule of size 00 or 000.
Do you also offer enteric-coated capsules?

Answer: Our gelatin, vegetarian and pullulan capsules are not enteric-coated.
Only our delayed-release vegetarian capsules have a delayed absorption effect and are protected from stomach acid. The release of the ingredients in the body therefore typically only occurs later, after they have reached the intestines.

Answer: We can have gelatin and vegetarian capsules produced in your desired color by the manufacturer for orders of 500,000 units or more. The delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Answer: Our capsules are not intended for filling with aqueous liquids. However, some of our customers have successfully filled capsules with oily substances. We recommend that you test whether our capsules are suitable for your purposes before placing an order. We would be happy to send you sample capsules for this purpose. Please let us know the desired type and size, as well as your address to which we should send the samples.

Answer: You can increase the desired amount of active ingredient (e.g., 30 mg per capsule) by adding another neutral filler such as flour or sugar, for example, up to a factor of 10, by adding 270 mg of filler per capsule. Each capsule will then contain 300 mg.
The fill quantity must first be calculated to a number of 50 capsules (100 capsules for the K100):
300 mg x 50 capsules = 15,000 mg = 150 grams (300 grams for K100). This is evenly filled into the capsule filler and divided into 50 capsules (100 capsules for K100). Each capsule then contains approximately 300 mg, of which 10% = 30 mg is the desired active ingredient.
